📋 Description

• Become ALB’s sales agent in your area • Identify and prospect property owners • Persuade owners to entrust the management of their properties to ALB • Negotiate and sign property management agreements • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Build a client portfolio generating recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and fieldwork

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation to develop an independent business • Desire to build a recurring long-term income stream • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training provided • No investment required
