📋 Description

• Manage all concierge services operations in the assigned area as an independent operator • Grow the portfolio by securing new concierge services contracts • Manage cleaning and maintenance teams • Coordinate service providers • Ensure owner and guest satisfaction • Optimize occupancy rates, pricing, and listing quality • Represent the ALB brand locally and build its reputation in the area

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other sector is welcome • Motivation • Entrepreneurial independence with the support of a structured network • Desire to build a recurring, long-term income • Independent contractor status • Comprehensive training included • Start at your own pace • No investment required
