ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Drive business development in the area by acquiring new properties under management • Manage apartments, houses, villas, chalets, and unique accommodations • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and check-in/check-out services • Manage relationships with guests • Optimize revenue through yield management • Manage multi-channel listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel • Build and manage a local network of service providers • Delegate portfolio management during periods of absence through the ALB Vacation System • Manage the business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in the area • Recruit City Managers under your sponsorship, if desired, and earn commissions on their business activity

• Ability to persuade property owners and build trusted relationships • Experience in real estate, sales, or any other industry is welcome • Motivation and independence to work as a self-employed professional • Desire to build a recurring income over the long term • Independent contractor status • No investment required • Full training provided • Start at your own pace
