They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Become an ALB sales agent in your area • Build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management • Identify property owners and persuade them to entrust ALB with their property management • Negotiate and sign property management agreements with owners • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance service providers • Manage relationships with property owners and guests • Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income • Organize your schedule freely, combining partial remote work with field activities • Receive inquiries from property owners in your area and manage your business through the ALB platform • Delegate management of your property portfolio to the ALB network during periods of absence • Optionally recruit City Managers under your sponsorship and earn commissions on their activity
