• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field • Six Sigma certification or must complete within the first 6 months of employment • 5+ yrs experience in payer operations, healthcare operations, or similar operational roles • 3+ yrs experience leading process improvement or transformation initiatives • Hands-on experience with data management systems and processes (i.e. provider rosters), including data entry, validation, and maintenance activities • Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, workflow optimization, and change management • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or Microsoft Excel), including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization • Excellent communication skills; Demonstrated ability to influence decision makers. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to balance strategic work with operational support
