📋 Description

• Support the PY0 Performance team by providing project management capabilities and administrative coordination. • Focus on market performance improvement through systemic project oversight, progress monitoring, and communication facilitation. • Serve as the primary escalation contact for practices encountering launch-related challenges. • Troubleshoot barriers and coordinate appropriate resolution pathways. • Contribute to the development and refinement of PY0 resources.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health administration, or public policy, or other relevant fields • 3+ years healthcare experience • Experience with Salesforce/CRM • Flexible, self-starter, and comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment. • Project Management experience • Performance/Quality Improvement experience • Data analytic experience (pivot tables, Excel) • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to inform action plans and strategy.
