• Analyze and map contract prioritization frameworks to corresponding solutions to maximize performance outcomes and resource utilization • Develop systematic approaches for aligning high-priority contracts with optimal solution delivery models • Monitor and adjust solution assignments based on contract performance data and strategic priorities • Create and maintain solution-to-contract mapping documentation and workflows • Conduct comprehensive analysis of the Patient & Practice Solutions portfolio to identify optimization opportunities, gaps, and strategic alignment with business objectives • Develop and maintain holistic view of all solutions offerings, including performance metrics • Prepare executive reports on portfolio performance, capacity utilization, and strategic recommendations • Serve as the operational bridge between contract prioritization and solution delivery teams • Collaborate with capacity planning teams to ensure solution rollouts align with available resources and operational capabilities • Partner with stakeholder teams to ensure seamless solution delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field • 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, operations, or solutions management • Experience in matrix organizations with complex stakeholder management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations • Strong organization and time management skills with a focus on attention to detail • Strong communication (written & verbal) skills; ability to document and maintain SOP’s/processes and clearly share data outputs with various audiences • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools
