📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our team. • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, expectations, and requirements. • Develop and execute client success plans and project management plans that align with company goals. • Proactively identify potential issues or barriers to client success and work closely with internal teams to develop effective solutions. • Foster client retention through regular communication and check-ins to address any concerns or needs. • Present product updates, enhancements, and new features to clients, ensuring they are maximizing the benefits of our platform. • Collect client feedback and relay it to the product development team to drive continuous improvement. • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing support regarding account management, billing issues, contractual questions, product usage assistance, and more. • Monitor client satisfaction levels through key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for improvement when needed. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for each assigned project. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and media departments, to develop marketing strategies tailored to specific clients. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or questions that may arise. • Track project performance against established goals and objectives while implementing corrective measures when necessary. • Manage internal resources efficiently while maintaining open communication within the team to ensure all tasks are completed according to schedule. • Identify project risks and establish contingency plans to mitigate potential issues. • Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers to accomplish project goals as needed. • Maintain accurate records of project documentation and facilitate any revisions if necessary. • Evaluate completed projects for lessons learned and areas of improvement in order to continually enhance the agency's processes and capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, and in project management within a marketing or advertising environment. • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from conception through to execution. • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) coupled with the ability to empathize with client concerns. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset focused on creating win-win solutions • Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring complete customer satisfaction • Experience using CRM systems (such as Salesforce) is a plus
