📋 Description

• Own and execute Amazon marketplace operations across listings, cases, and data • Manage ASINs and make accurate live updates to titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images • Use checklists, SOPs, and organized case logs and files to maintain disciplined operations • Identify and resolve inconsistencies before they lead to suppressions, rejections, or account health issues • Monitor listing quality reports, suppression alerts, account health notifications, and case history in Seller Central • Open, manage, document, and strategically escalate Amazon cases • Research and track keywords, update listings responsibly, and monitor ranking and traffic changes • Export and organize advertising campaign data; identify and flag underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, or campaigns • Follow established advertising structures and naming conventions, escalating proposed changes to bids, targeting, budgets, or campaign structures for alignment • Maintain accurate spreadsheets and reliable reports • Collaborate with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners • Track multiple listings, live campaigns, deadlines, and moving pieces under pressure • Support marketplace growth through disciplined execution across real brands

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to own Amazon listings, cases, and data with precision • Experience managing real ASINs and making live listing updates • Experience updating titles, bullets, backend attributes, A+ content, and images • Experience using checklists, SOPs, and clean processes • Fluency in Amazon Seller Central, including listing quality reports, suppression alerts, account health notifications, and case history • Ability to open and manage Amazon cases end-to-end, provide documentation, and escalate strategically • Knowledge of SEO, keywords, content, conversion, listing performance, and keyword research/tracking tools such as Helium 10 or similar • Understanding of Amazon advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Amazon DSP • Ability to export and organize campaign data accurately and identify underperforming keywords, ASINs, audiences, placements, or campaigns • Strong spreadsheet and data accuracy skills, including maintaining formulas, dates, and consistent formatting • Ability to collaborate clearly with Marketplace, Marketing, Creative, and agency partners • Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented under pressure • Humble, hungry to learn, and people-smart; a great teammate • Experience with Walmart Seller Center or other marketplaces is a plus, but not required • Exposure to regulated or health-related categories is a plus, but not required • Experience supporting international marketplaces is a plus, but not required • Submit a resume and cover letter as one file • Cover letter must address relevant quantified achievements, alignment with company values, a difficult challenge overcome, last three books read, hobbies, and current employment situation
