âą Own day-to-day marketing automation workflows using HubSpot and integrated marketing technologies. âą Build, optimise and execute email campaigns, lead nurturing programmes, segmentation, lead scoring and forms. âą Maintain high standards of CRM and marketing data hygiene, ensuring accurate data flows across integrated platforms. âą Build dashboards and reporting to measure campaign performance, attribution and marketing KPIs. âą Analyse campaign results and recommend continuous improvements based on data insights. âą Test and implement AI-powered marketing tools to improve workflow efficiency, reporting and campaign execution. âą Troubleshoot campaign, automation and lead flow issues while documenting scalable best practices. âą Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales Development and other stakeholders to deliver successful campaigns.
âą 2â4 years' experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation or a similar technical marketing role. âą Hands-on experience with HubSpot including workflows, campaigns, segmentation and lead scoring. âą Experience working with CRM integrations (such as Salesforce or similar platforms). âą Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports, dashboards and campaign performance analysis. âą Understanding of marketing technology, integrations and data management. âą Fluent business-level English (C1/C2). âą Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams.
