📋 Description

• Coordinate and track continuous staff training on controlled documents, policies, and procedures. • Assist in reviewing technical operations of delivered services to ensure alignment with compliance standards. • Confirm headcount and seat count of delivered products and services for accuracy and documentation. • Document and maintain routine evidence of compliance for internal and client-facing audits. • Address and advise on compliance-related escalations from team members, ensuring timely resolution and documentation. • Develop and maintain systems (manual and automated) for tracking compliance routines. • Ensure consistent execution of compliance tasks and timely reporting. • Collaborate with project teams to assess compliance implications of changes and new initiatives. • Support change control and project management processes with a compliance lens.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in IT compliance, audit support, or related administrative roles. • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as NIST, HIPAA, FINRA, or GDPR is a plus. • Strong organizational and documentation skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other business productivity tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
