• Develop and manage executive compensation programs aligned with company goals and shareholder interests. • Partner with senior leadership and Compensation Committee on pay philosophy and strategy. • Conduct competitive market analysis using executive compensation surveys. • Recommend pay structures based on market data and internal equity. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and disclosure requirements. • Prepare materials for Board and Compensation Committee meetings. • Lead the preparation and coordination of executive compensation disclosures for the annual proxy statement. • Oversee annual and long-term incentive plan design and administration. • Manage administration of employee equity programs and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP). • Manage at least one direct report, providing coaching, development, and performance feedback. • Collaborate with senior executives and support presentations to the Board and Compensation Committee. • Communicate programs effectively to executives and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business (Master’s or MBA preferred) • 8+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 2 years focused on executive pay • Strong knowledge of executive compensation practices, governance, and regulatory requirements • Experience supporting Board and Compensation Committee interactions • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills.
