📋 Description
• Lead the company’s US federal tax strategy, compliance, and reporting functions • Oversee the preparation and review of all tax filings • Manage audits and provide strategic tax planning to support business growth • Draw insights and assist in drafting concise/insightful materials/decks for meetings
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, MS in Tax or C.P.A. preferred but not required • Possess an understanding of ASC740 principles, as well as federal and state tax concepts • Minimum of 7 years of progressive tax experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role • Preparation and review of the ASC 740 US tax provision and compliance Processes • Prior, or current Big 4 or large public accounting firm experience
