📋 Description
• Develop, implement, and oversee the enterprise-wide data governance strategy • Ensure all data assets are accurate, secure, compliant, and leveraged effectively • Partner across business, clinical, compliance, and technology teams • Establish governance frameworks and councils • Monitor and improve accuracy and timeliness of data • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and self-service analytics
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive experience in data governance, data management, or information governance • At least 5 years in a senior leadership role • Knowledge of Medicare Advantage regulations, CMS reporting a plus • Bachelor’s degree required • Master’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred
