📋 Description

• Assist in executing Image Services activities with focus on data integrity and reliability • Provide image collection services for data collection and user system operations • Support internal and external customers, clinical sites, and sponsors under the Manager, Image Services • View, enter, and compile data according to sponsor protocols and regulatory guidelines • Collect and distribute data and documents to and from clinical sites and sponsors • Provide image collection and customer service support following work instructions • Support peers, sponsor sites, project team members, and central readers throughout the project lifecycle • Record, file, and maintain customer documents according to project and regulatory guidelines • Perform image collection activities in accordance with standard processes, sponsor guidelines, industry best practices, and regulatory standards • Conduct quality assurance checks for completeness and accuracy and ensure SOP guidelines and industry best practices are met

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one-year post-secondary certificate or 1–3 years of equivalent experience • Interest in imaging, clinical trials, data, and furthering human health • Strong written and oral communication skills • Passion for excellent customer service • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work shifts, statutory holidays, and provide occasional on-call support • Ability to work 12:00–8:00 AM EST shift
