📋 Description
• Provide domain, functional, and technical expertise required to effectively design and implement HR solutions on the Oracle Cloud HCM Compensation module. • Travel to client sites may be required up to 25% of the time.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a consulting environment or related industry experience working directly with Oracle Cloud HCM; • 4 years of related technical, business or project experience; • Experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Compensation Consultant on at least two full-cycle implementations; • Proficiency on two or more application modules; • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
