📋 Description

• Lead complex software implementation activities by configuring and customizing Alkami products for customer onboarding, testing, training, and launch readiness • Independently manage customer implementation engagements, configuration tasks, ticket-driven workflows, milestones, and stakeholder alignment • Guide customers through user acceptance testing and operational readiness activities • Perform advanced functional and integration testing, validate configurations, document results, and resolve discrepancies • Troubleshoot complex configuration, usability, and implementation issues through root-cause analysis • Coordinate with customers, third-party vendors, and internal teams to align dependencies and delivery objectives • Provide implementation updates covering project progress, issue resolution, testing outcomes, and operational risks • Track configuration progress, testing milestones, issue escalations, and project dependencies across concurrent implementations • Develop and maintain implementation documentation, issue logs, operating guidance, and communications • Support implementation-related billing coordination and tracking of billable work • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, integrations, or implementation functions • Collaborate with Product, Support, Engineering, and Implementation teams on customer feedback and process improvements • Manage multiple complex implementation priorities simultaneously • Contribute to workflow, documentation, testing, and scalability improvements • Support and mentor less experienced implementation specialists

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience leading software implementations, customer onboarding activities, configuration management, testing operations, or technical consulting engagements within SaaS, fintech, banking technology, or related environments • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field • Advanced experience supporting software implementations, configuration management, and customer onboarding activities • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills related to software configuration, testing, vendor coordination, and implementation issues across multiple customer environments • Ability to independently manage complex implementation projects and competing priorities • Experience facilitating user acceptance testing, functional validation, and operational readiness activities • Strong written and verbal communication skills with customer-facing and cross-functional stakeholder experience • Experience collaborating with customers, vendors, and technical teams to coordinate implementation execution • Ability to maintain detailed implementation documentation and operational tracking materials • Strong organizational, analytical, and customer relationship management skills in fast-paced implementation environments • Ability to travel up to 20% to support implementation projects • Experience supporting fintech, SaaS, or digital banking implementation programs • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or technical onboarding concepts • Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management, testing, issue tracking, and documentation platforms • Experience contributing to process optimization or implementation scalability initiatives • Knowledge of software deployment, operational readiness, or change management practices • Experience mentoring implementation specialists or supporting team knowledge-sharing activities • Must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment • Alkami cannot offer employment sponsorship at this time
