📋 Description

• Shape the future of account opening for banks, credit unions, and their customers across the MANTL product • Design intuitive and scalable experiences for Alkami’s origination solution • Partner with Product and Engineering on the Deposits Team to define user problems and explore innovative solutions • Contribute to designs that establish the product as a market leader • Contribute to and expand the shared Design System • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to inform product strategy and deliver research-backed solutions • Present designs and articulate design decisions and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Participate in a transparent critique culture and ship high-quality products

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience designing world-class applications with a strong portfolio showcasing process and impact • Experience building Loans or Deposit Products is a major plus, or experience in Enterprise SaaS • Bachelor’s or Master’s in graphic design, HCI, UX, or a related area of study is preferred, or equivalent work experience • Proficiency in designing and prototyping with modern software; Figma preferred • Proficiency in AI-enabled design workflows • Experience shipping products to market • Experience contributing to and working within a shared design system • Experience conducting and synthesizing user research, including contextual inquiry and evaluative methods • Experience embedded in a cross-functional agile product development team • Work authorization in the US; employment sponsorship is not available
