📋 Description

• Partner closely with business teams to modernize Billing processes, data, systems, and integrations. • Think holistically about problems and see the big picture while remaining detail oriented. • Contribute to a portfolio of projects reviewed by Executive Steering Committee monthly. • Drive strategic vision and roadmap, shaping long-term vision with leadership and driving continuous evolution of billing features/improvements. • Ensure solutions are designed for scalability, accuracy, and improving customer experience. • Align with key stakeholders on a backlog of opportunities and requests. • Serve as the subject matter expert, leveraging NetSuite and billing experience to guide best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with enterprise systems and integrations including ERP, CRM or HRIS. • Exceptional relationship builder who excels at building rapport and communicating with key stakeholders. • 4+ years of direct hands-on experience with NetSuite SuiteBilling. • 8+ years of experience in billing systems, processes, integrations, and data specifically in leading transformation and continuous improvement. • 8+ years of experience in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and working with engineering teams. • Proven track record of delivering billing related solutions that improve the customer experience, reduce manual work, and are highly accurate and scalable. • Ability to work independently to scope and solution architect. • High ownership mindset that brings clarity to ambiguity, knows the intricate details, overcomes obstacles, and thrives on delivering high-value outcomes for stakeholders.
