📋 Description
• A leading hospitality and remote-site catering group in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Banquet & Events Manager to oversee high-volume events, corporate functions, and catering operations. • Oversee the planning and execution of large-scale catering events and banquets • Manage event logistics, buffet layouts, service sequences, and team deployment • Conduct detailed pre-event briefings, site inspections, and operational checks • Ensure SOPs and service standards are followed across all functions • Supervise staff performance and training to maintain efficiency and professionalism • Coordinate closely with culinary and F&B teams for menu planning and execution • Manage inventory, equipment readiness, and digital event tools (menu displays, allergen tags) • Actively resolve client complaints and implement service improvement plans • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sustainability standards
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience in banqueting, events, or large-scale hospitality operations • Experience in hotels, contract catering, or high-volume venues preferred • Strong command of English language (verbal and written) – Certificate required • Proven leadership in multi-site or high-pressure event settings • Skilled in planning, team management, and client coordination • Hands-on, solutions-oriented, and proactive approach to event execution • Valid certifications in food safety, hygiene, and HACCP

• Monthly Salary: SAR 8,000 – 10,000 + 2,000 Annual Bonus • EUR €1,950 to €2,430 EUR + €490 EUR Bonus • USD $2,130 – $2,660 USD + $530 USD Bonus • Health insurance + Annual leave • Food & Accommodation provided • Transportation within Saudi Arabia
