📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and document business requirements. • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and specifications. • Conduct business process modeling, create process flow diagrams, and generate applicable scenarios for technical functionalities. • Assess change proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals. • Work closely with development teams to ensure proper understanding and implementation of requirements. • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions. • Support Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience creating User Stories and detailed specifications. • Strong knowledge of requirements gathering techniques, including use case development and process/functional requirements definition. • Working knowledge of Agile Methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. • Ability to problem-solve and propose resourceful, forward-thinking solutions. • Familiarity with process improvement frameworks and methodologies. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, mid-level management, and executives. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams. • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
