• Collaborate with customers to understand their goals and create comprehensive plans that ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and optimal resource utilization, all while leveraging an agile mindset and framework. • Coordinate with team resources to monitor progress, develop transparent reporting mechanisms, and proactively manage and mitigate risks or issues as they arise. • Foster and develop client relationships and assist in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, supporting the Client Partner through the sales process for growing the business. • Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards while representing the firm to clients. • Inspire, drive, and support the continuous development of team members by providing guidance, mentoring, and opportunities for professional growth, ensuring they reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization's goals. • Actively engage in shaping and implementing location strategy to align seamlessly with the broader goals and objectives of the organization • Contribute to the development and implementation of resource strategies, optimizing the allocation and utilization of resources to support business growth and operational efficiency. • Champion and cultivate a positive organizational culture, promoting values of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity, and fostering an environment where team members feel valued and motivated.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading client delivery teams, building successful client relationships, growing new client opportunities, and delivering on promises. • Proven ability to manage and enhance quality and margin within client accounts. • Skilled in breaking down complex business problems and guiding a team to resolve them. • Proficiency in working with agile delivery models. • Deep familiarity with Cloud Native environments in at least one of the major hyper-scalers (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Strategic level mastery in one or more of the following technologies (certifications with industry leading players in these areas would be a plus): • Modern software development patterns and tools. This includes experience with containers, serverless, and integration frameworks and tools like eventing, messaging, streaming, service bus, as well as purpose-built integration stacks like Boomi or Mulesoft. • Modern Data architectures, massive data processing and analytics. Including Snowflake, Databricks, MS Fabric and related tools. • Machine learning and Artificial intelligence, with application of Generative AI, RAG and associated use cases. • DevOps and infrastructure as code. • Digital Product Management lifecycle.
