📋 Description

• Testing new features, product enhancements, and fixes relating to the Allego platform and all associated products. • Engaging in the Agile development process, from sprint kickoff through to reporting bugs. • Actively participating in team standups, refining, estimating, and retrospective sessions. • Creating well-structured test cases covering specifications and ensuring high-quality outcomes. • Producing and maintaining manual testware supporting automation efforts. • Raising and reporting quality issues clearly and concisely. • Following through with Development and Product to ensure timely and accurate bug fixes. • Maintaining and executing regression packs.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years Quality Assurance experience preferably in a SaaS environment. • Ability to create and manage all testware (test cases, cycles, data). • Familiarity with Agile frameworks (SCRUM, Kanban). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams. • Experience of Jira / Test Management Systems / Google Workspace. • Experience with manual testing web and mobile applications preferred. • Knowledge of security best practices for a SaaS platform preferred. • Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce / MS Dynamics) is beneficial. • Automation experience or understanding of tools such as Jenkins / WebdriverIO / BrowserStack is beneficial but not essential. • Motivation and confidence to suggest improvements to strengthen test effectiveness. • ISTQB foundation level is desirable but not essential - we can help with that!
