📋 Description

• Manage executive calendars, priorities, and complex scheduling • Prepare meeting agendas, documentation, briefs, and follow-ups • Draft executive summaries, reports, and client-facing updates • Facilitate communication between senior leaders, internal teams, and clients • Track action items, deadlines, and cross-functional dependencies • Support delivery operations across engineering, product, and client accounts • Anticipate executive needs, solve problems proactively, and maintain confidentiality
