âą identify test requirements from specifications âą create test cases and design tests âą test functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility of the software using both automated and manual methods âą ensure that every phase and feature of the software solution is tested and that any potential issue is identified, documented and fixed before deployment to production âą evaluate test cases and report test results

âą 3+ years of manual testing experience âą be really passionate about software and a real test by nature) âą know and have experience in technical aspects of software development âą know SQA Tools and Best Practices
