• Support origination, due diligence, and structuring of early-stage project development investments (USD 3–15 million range). • Conduct financial modeling, transaction analysis, and risk assessment for greenfield infrastructure projects. • Assist with preparation of investment memos, due diligence materials, and presentations. • Participate in negotiations with sponsors, lenders, and government partners. • Support capital-raising and investor due diligence processes. • Contribute to the establishment of the fund’s internal investment systems and processes. • Collaborate with the CEO and Investment Director to ensure coordinated project execution and knowledge sharing
• 7–10 years’ experience in project development, project finance, or infrastructure investment. • Exposure to the power, transport, or renewable energy sectors. • Previous experience in investment banking, DFI, utilities, or private equity settings preferred. • Proven ability to support or close complex project finance transactions. • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and valuation skills. • Understanding of project finance structures, PPPs, and concession frameworks. • Skilled in developing and reviewing project documentation. • Proficient in English; French is a plus but not mandatory. • Highly flexible, detail-oriented, and proactive. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrates initiative and thrives in a small, agile team environment. • Strong sense of ownership and professional integrity. • Comfortable working remotely and managing shifting priorities. • Able to contribute across multiple workstreams (project development, due diligence, capital-raising)
