• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers, partners, and suppliers. • Provide advice, guidance, and solutions for customer queries and incidents. • Keep customers informed about coverage, claim status, and resolutions. • Make follow-up calls on claims and collections. • Apply cross-selling and retention techniques where applicable. • Record all relevant data accurately in our systems.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in Flemish and French (both mandatory), knowledge of English and Spanish is a plus • 1 year in customer service preferred • Strong communicator – verbal & written • Basic computer skills (MS Office) • Detail-oriented, adaptable & stress-resistant • Great listener, problem-solver & multitasker • Customer-first attitude
