🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in French • English level B2 • You8re a strong communicator and great with people • You8ve worked in customer service before (multichannel = a big plus!) • You8re organized, proactive, and love to solve problems • You handle every customer with empathy and professionalism • You8re a team player who collaborates with ease
