📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls in French, assisting customers with insurance-related services. • Answer calls from consumers who have recently purchased an appliance and wish to register it. • Collect and confirm all necessary details to complete the product registration. • Explain legal warranty terms, introduce consumer insurance, and offer additional coverage options. • Apply effective sales techniques, address objections professionally, and guide customers through the insurance process. • Maintain excellent customer service standards, adapt to change, and work toward set targets. • Provide constructive feedback on process improvements and best practices. • Ensure accurate data entry for customer registrations and insurance products. • Follow compliance guidelines and company policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in French, with a good command of English and Spanish (B1 level). • Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Minimum 1 year of (tele)sales experience with strong negotiation skills. • Dynamic, detail-oriented, diplomatic, and an excellent communicator. • Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
