• Work remotely as part of a structured, high-performance sales team • Manage a high-volume pipeline with a mix of warm and cold leads • Create quoting opportunities, not just receive them • Quote, present, and close Auto, Renters, and Umbrella coverage • Follow proven workflows and compliance standards • Hit or exceed monthly activity and production goals
🎯 Requirements
• Active Property & Casualty license (CA Resident and CA Non-Resident Licenses Accepted) • 2+ years of insurance or high-volume sales experience • Strong closing skills and competitive mindset • Organized and self-driven in a remote environment
