• Manage a team of attorney-represented bodily injury adjusters • Deliver exceptional claims and inquiry experiences for Agents • Monitor staffing levels and workloads • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members • Address escalated customer situations and support unit goal-setting
🎯 Requirements
