• Strategic Market Ownership: Develop and own the end-to-end user acquisition strategy for Korea and Japan, identifying key growth opportunities and market trends. • Multi-Channel Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and meticulously analyze large-scale UA campaigns across relevant local networks, reward platforms, DSPs, Game Media, CTV and other relevant platforms like Google Ads, Unity, Moloco and more. • Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting: Lead in-depth data analysis to optimize campaigns based on KPIs, refining targeting and bidding to maximize Roas. Regularly monitor, assess, and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders. • Localized Experimentation: Drive continuous A/B testing and optimization of creatives, copy, and targeting, ensuring cultural relevance and maximum performance. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Creative, Product, Localization, Sales, and Data teams to align UA efforts with company goals and market-specific needs. • Partner Management: Manage existing ad partner and agency relationships and identify new platforms and opportunities to enhance performance in Korea and Japan. • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest UA trends, mobile advertising technologies, and emerging platforms specific to the Korean and Japanese markets.
• Extensive UA Experience: 5+ years in mobile user acquisition or performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving results and managing substantial budgets. • Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and UA best practices in both Korea and Japan. • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Korean and Japanese is required. • Platform & Technology Proficiency: Hands-on expertise with major platforms (Naver, Line, Google Ads, Unity, Moloco) and familiarity with mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust). Experience with SDK networks, DSPs, and reward platforms. • Analytical Acumen: Exceptional analytical skills to interpret large datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to formulate comprehensive UA strategies while maintaining a hands-on approach to daily execution. • Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and provide clear, concise reporting.
