📋 Description

• Develop and deliver complete user stories or bug fixes, as outlined by PMs/Product Owners • Write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code tailored to each user story • Conduct comprehensive unit testing to ensure code quality • Ensure each piece of code is thoroughly tested to maintain high standards • Actively participate in peer code reviews to enhance code quality and learning • Provide support and assistance to other team members, especially in areas of expertise • Write and maintain technical documentation, highlighting its importance • Encourage generating creative ideas and innovative approaches to problem-solving • Show leadership in tackling complex challenges and contributing unique solutions • Mentor or guide for less experienced team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience with PHP/Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL, and AWS (Node.js/Python a plus) • 2+ years integrating CPaaS and telephony platforms, especially Twilio, with experience in SIP/ VoIP , call routing, IVRs, SMS/MMS, and high-volume messaging or calling workflows • Strong experience building and securing API layers (authentication, logging, rate limiting, webhook handling, and payload transformation) • Solid front-end skills in Vue.js or React; all engineers contribute to UI features • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB) and analytics or reporting workflows • As part of this position, you are an engineer on-call on a rotational basis every two weeks following deployments.
