📋 Description

• Monitor and surveil all customer activity daily • Perform daily operational tasks involving trading, new accounts, and cash management • Execute cryptocurrency trades and handle exceptions, errors, and corrections • Assist with customer onboarding, including KYC and account approval • Review general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies • Support the Anti-Money Laundering Program and related suspicious-activity investigations • Drive improvements across workflows, policies, and tools • Communicate effectively with internal and external partners • Perform ad hoc duties and projects as assigned • Work remotely with core hours around 9am to 5pm PT; work 8 hours per day and follow US market holidays

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a broker-dealer, financial services, trading or cryptocurrency operations role • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Familiarity with cryptocurrency, or a strong desire to learn • Ability to work effectively and supportively within a team environment and independently • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment • Startup mindset for a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Familiarity or interest in FinTech, financial markets, cryptocurrencies, and investing applications
