• Who We Are: Alpaca is a US California headquartered brokerage infrastructure technology company and self-clearing broker-dealer, delivering execution and custody solutions for Stocks, ETFs, Options, Cryptocurrencies, and more, and has raised over $170 million in funding. • Our Team Members: We’re a team of 150+ globally distributed members who love working from our favorite places worldwide. • Your Role: Our brokerage product team at Alpaca is looking for a Lead Product Manager to define and drive new product initiatives and manage a portfolio of existing products. • Things You Get To Do: Own brokerage products, write product requirements, drive product strategy, improve operation efficiency, lead customer calls, report product status, participate in regulator calls, and handle ad hoc projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Excited about what Alpaca is building • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Consulting, and/or starting a startup • Demonstrated interest in Brokerage and FinTech • Experience analyzing data using SQL and relevant BI tool • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and collaboration skills • Business acumen to understand tradeoffs between stakeholders and technology feasibility with time and budget constraints
