📋 Description

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Alpaca's account opening and identity verification services • Manage the lifecycle of various account structures, including fully disclosed, omnibus, and omnibus with sub-accounting, for global B2B clients • Develop and enhance features for entity accounts, sub-accounts, and multiple account types such as self-directed, robo, and retirement • Lead the strategy for KYC and identity verification, including partner-led KYC and third-party integrated solutions • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and regional business teams to address jurisdictional licensing, data management, and financial requirements • Author product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories • Work with go-to-market teams to enable adoption of new account features and onboarding flows • Define and analyze metrics including onboarding success rates, account funding times, and KYC pass-through rates

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on B2B, fintech, or complex platform products • Experience with products related to user onboarding, identity verification (KYC/AML), or account management systems • A strong understanding of the operational and regulatory complexities in financial services, especially concerning client onboarding and account lifecycle management • Proven ability to understand complex technical and business requirements and work effectively with engineering, legal, and compliance teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to track product performance and make informed decisions • A genuine passion for financial markets and a strong desire to build products that empower developers and democratize access to financial services • Experience working in an agile development environment
