📋 Description

• Design and develop advanced solutions for our Odoo-based ERP system, optimize existing modules, and ensure their stability, efficiency, and scalability • Implement strategic ERP projects, assess the technical feasibility of ticketed requirements, and collaborate closely with Product Owners • Manage the entire release process, handle branch management (Git), monitor the CI/CD pipeline, and communicate releases to all stakeholders • Write clean, maintainable code, ensure quality through comprehensive testing, and uphold high standards within the team through code reviews • Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and apply your knowledge of AI tools to optimize our development and business processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, ideally with a focus on backend or ERP systems • Solid, proven experience developing with Odoo and the OCA framework is essential • Demonstrable experience using AI tools in practice for process optimization, code review, or system improvement • Excellent knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL and confident experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines • You value sustainable software architecture, clean code, and act in a solution-oriented manner • Fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage
