📋 Description

• Serve as project manager and technical lead on public-sector classification and compensation studies from kickoff through implementation • Lead job analysis, classification structures, and job evaluation using point factor, market pricing, or comparable methods • Design peer sets and market surveys; analyze internal equity, compression, and pay competitiveness • Develop salary structures, grade assignments, and phased implementation cost options • Present findings and recommendations to managers, Boards, Councils, and employee groups • Contribute project-manager qualifications, methods, and past-performance content to AlphaGov proposals

🎯 Requirements

• Led or managed multiple public-sector classification and compensation studies for cities, counties, school districts, or state agencies • At least one of those studies completed within the last 2 years • Able to name those public clients and allow AlphaGov to cite them on proposals • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or equivalent compensation expertise • Strong analytical, report-writing, and client presentation skills • Nice to have: SPHR or SHRM-SCP • Nice to have: K-12 administrator compensation studies • Nice to have: Job evaluation methods such as point factor and market pricing • Nice to have: Presentations to Boards, Councils, or elected officials
