📋 Description

• develop and implement business and operations strategies for pharmaceutical companies • analyze market trends, the competitive landscape and regulatory changes (e.g., EU‑GMP, MDR, GxP) • design and execute optimization projects in areas such as R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, or quality • support digital transformation initiatives (e.g., implementation of new tools, automation, data analytics) • prepare decision-making materials and business cases for senior management • manage interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate interfaces with specialist departments • conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and change-management activities • develop proposals and pitches to acquire and retain clients

🎯 Requirements

• degree in a natural science, pharmacy, economics, (industrial) engineering, or a related field • extensive professional experience in strategy consulting, project management, or strategic roles within the pharmaceutical industry • solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and pharmaceutical processes • strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial mindset • fluent in German and English, both written and spoken • willing to travel for client projects — flexible and by agreement
