📋 Description

• Proactively identify, gather, and refine compelling content from various sources. • Leverage AI tool to manage the end-to-end proposal (RFP/RFI) process. • Partner closely with Sales, Services, Product Owners, and other internal teams. • Continuously seek ways to enhance content management and proposal workflow. • Analyze proposal outcomes to identify trends in client questions. • Maintain a high standard of accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all content and proposal documents.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent years of relevant work experience. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a role involving content management, proposal development (RFP/RFI), or project management within the healthcare technology industry. • Demonstrated experience in a role requiring strong curiosity, creativity, and proactive problem-solving. • Experience working with or interest in leveraging AI tools to enhance content and workflow efficiency. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to articulate complex technical and functional information clearly and concisely. • Strong content management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and apply them to content strategy.
