📋 Description

• Manage, achieve sales goals, and develop relationships with dealers, consultants, major end users, and rep groups in assigned territories • Serve as primary point of contact between channel partners and Alto-Shaam to create customer experience • Identify, develop, and grow customer accounts within designated region • Work cross-functionally to address customer issues and communicate customer needs • Attain comprehensive knowledge of Alto-Shaam product line, technologies and competitors • Visit and maintain contact with customers to understand needs and specify Alto-Shaam solutions • Maintain customer accounts and forecasting in Alto-Shaam’s CRM (Engage) • Engage, train, develop and manage representative agencies to develop profitable sales opportunities • Create marketplace demand through specification of Alto-Shaam products • Participate in strategic planning and marketplace development objectives • Maintain aggressive travel schedule (50%+ travel required)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field OR 7+ years in a sales role • Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Market Development, Account Management or similar roles • Ability to define problems, collect and perform analysis of data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization • Strong communications, analytical and computer skills • Successful customer-facing experience in sales • Willingness to maintain an aggressive travel schedule (50%+ travel required)
