• Design, develop, test, and deploy complex ServiceNow ITOM applications, workflows, and integrations. • Implement ITOM solutions, including Event Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management. • Develop and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, and Cloud Management solutions. • Integrate ITOM solutions with other ServiceNow modules, such as CMDB, Asset Management, and Security Operations. • Develop custom ITOM applications, workflows, and scripts using ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Jelly). • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with ITOM solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement complex ITOM solutions. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow ITOM releases, features, and best practices.
