📋 Description

• Lead and own the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for Salesforce projects, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Design and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, SOAP/REST APIs, and declarative tools. • Focus on Salesforce Vlocity development with emphasis on Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)/CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures (IPs). • Manage an offshore development team and support existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, and performance tuning. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, including planning, assigning, and reviewing tasks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. • Work with business stakeholders to prioritize tickets based on urgency, impact, and business value. • Estimate effort and timelines for user stories and tasks to support effective sprint planning. • Plan and create sprints, ensuring a balanced workload and alignment with project timelines and objectives. • Assign tasks to team members based on skills, availability, and delivery priorities. • Conduct daily stand-ups to track progress, gather updates, and identify and resolve blockers. • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely resolution of dependencies and issues affecting delivery. • Liaise with the testing team to review test scenarios and support test planning activities. • Coordinate with business users for UAT (User Acceptance Testing), ensuring validation of functionality and obtaining final sign-off. • Perform detailed code reviews and manage deployments using GitHub and Jenkins. • Be accountable for the successful delivery of assigned Salesforce solutions, meeting both technical and business expectations. • Stay up to date with Salesforce platform enhancements and proactively manage critical release updates.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading Salesforce projects through the full SDLC. • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce, and SOAP/REST APIs, as well as Salesforce declarative tools. • Strong background in Salesforce Vlocity development, particularly with EPC/CPQ, CLM, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures (IPs). • Experience managing offshore teams and supporting existing Salesforce applications. • Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers. • Proficient in performing code reviews and managing deployments using GitHub and Jenkins. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Proactive approach to staying informed about platform enhancements and release updates. • Experience coordinating with business stakeholders to prioritize work, plan sprints, and ensure smooth project delivery.
