âą Demonstrate professional conduct and ethics âą Work as a cooperative team member âą Apprise managers of scheduled presentations âą Prepare and present marketing materials âą Serve as a liaison between the company and referral sources âą Educate referral sources on home health care services âą Communicate frequently with referral sources âą Identify and resolve issues with services âą Evaluate marketing strategies âą Promote the company's positive image in the community âą Coordinate necessary services for patients âą Prescreen patients for home health needs âą Maintain knowledge of agency policies and Medicare regulations âą Ensure timely delivery of care plans for signatures âą Participate in meetings and programs
đŻ Requirements
âą Experience with Medicare/Medicare Advantage Plans âą Experience with Commercial Insurances (BCBS/Aetna/United/Etc.) âą Proven track record of success in sales or marketing âą Ability to establish relationships with referral sources âą Strong communication skills
