📋 Description

• Drive high-leverage, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from scoping and stakeholder alignment through execution, measurement, and handoff with playbooks • Redesign implementation workflows to lift site go-live throughput with the same team capacity • Define pricing and packaging strategy, including SKUs and tiers, pilot with customers, and measure close-rate impact • Build cross-functional product launch playbooks covering Alpha → Beta → GA, user rollout, enablement materials, and client education • Stand up initial RevOps infrastructure including pipe-to-revenue models, rep performance dashboards, ROI frameworks, and stage definitions • Launch finance tooling MVPs such as license management and automated monthly true-ups • Deliver project dashboards, KPI specs, short playbooks, and regular update cadences for every initiative • Build a scoped and prioritized project portfolio with the hiring manager • Establish repeatable project frameworks, dashboards, KPI specifications, stakeholder update cadences, and handoff documentation • Deliver measurable results on high-priority workstreams such as implementation throughput, pricing, or RevOps discovery • Document operating cadences and playbooks for transition to permanent owners • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, GTM, Care Transformation, and Finance

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years in top-tier consulting, BizOps, strategy, or founder/operator roles with clear 0→1 delivery • Demonstrated wins owning cross-functional initiatives such as pricing, segmentation, rollout throughput, or RevOps/GTM programs • Strong analytical capability, including comfort with Excel/Sheets, reading SQL/BI output, and backing recommendations with data • Excellent executive communication, including crisp memos, clear asks, and tight stakeholder management • High learning slope; picks up new domains fast, thrives with autonomy, low ego, and high ownership • Systems thinking, turning messy processes into simple, durable mechanisms including cadences, SLAs, and dashboards • Healthcare or other regulated industry experience preferred • Hands-on familiarity with modern data stacks such as Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma preferred • Experience building operating cadences in high-growth SaaS startups preferred • Familiarity with CRM and RevOps tooling preferred
