📋 Description
• Act as a technical expert for packaging applications at customers manufacturing in meat markets across EMEA • Support customers with product selection, application optimization, and effective product commercialization • Support product enhancements and new developments in collaboration with R&D and Product Management • Work closely with Sales and Field Technical Service to solve complex application issues • Lead and support product qualifications, trials, and scale‑ups at customer sites • Conduct packaging line, shelf‑life, and performance evaluations to demonstrate quantifiable customer value • Capture customer and market insights to identify portfolio gaps, innovation opportunities, and competitive trends • Share knowledge internally and contribute to building strong application capabilities across the organization
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in application engineering, technical sales, or similar roles within flexible packaging in Dairy. • Strong understanding of packaging materials and customer manufacturing processes • Proven ability to assess customer needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions • Solid project management, problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills • Comfortable working independently in a cross‑functional, international environment • Willingness to travel more than 50% • Market expertise: Fresh Meat: shrink films and bags; forming films and bags
