📋 Description

• Proactively identify, target, and win new customer accounts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland within seafood, meat, and broader food packaging markets • Execute structured prospecting activities, including cold outreach, warm leads, events, and trade fairs • Build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities • Convert pilots into framework agreements and long-term customers • Lead commercial discussions covering pricing, volumes, and contractual terms for new business • Work closely with the Hamburg-based Germany Sales Director on territory and account ownership • Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver customer-aligned solutions • Maintain accurate CRM reporting, weekly pipeline updates, and monthly forecasts to Germany leadership and Norway HQ • Represent FBS/Amcor at industry events, including fish international and relevant food industry forums

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally 3-5 years B2B field sales experience, ideally in food packaging, industrial packaging, seafood, meat, or cold-chain environments • Demonstrable hunter profile: clear evidence of winning new logos in a competitive B2B market • Comfortable spending the majority of time in the field (3–4 days per week with customers) • Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset • Native or C2-level German • Working English required for group reporting • Travel required • Willingness to work across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
