📋 Description

• Partner with operations and leadership teams to analyze performance drivers and financial results. • Develop and maintain recurring analyses and dashboards focused on operational and financial KPIs. • Investigate variances and provide clear explanations for trends in revenue, margin, expenses, and other key metrics. • Create and deliver recurring reporting packages for management review, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement. • Support the annual budget, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes with relevant analytical input. • Communicate financial findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to non-finance stakeholders. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between operational metrics and financial outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or a related analytical function. • Strong understanding of financial statements, operational metrics, and performance analysis. • Proficiency with Excel and business intelligence tools for dashboarding and reporting. • Excellent communication skills — able to translate data insights into clear business narratives. • Ability to identify trends, investigate root causes, and make recommendations for improvement. • Comfortable working with large datasets and recurring analysis but focused on interpretation and storytelling rather than raw data manipulation.
