📋 Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Director to lead our service department and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing service operations, managing staff, and implementing strategies to enhance service delivery. • Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. • Lead, mentor, and manage the service team to achieve performance goals. • Monitor service quality and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. • Prepare and manage the service department budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness. • Analyze service metrics and prepare reports for senior management. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance service offerings.
