📋 Description

• Support E2E payroll processes, including payroll transaction processing, reconciliation, reporting, tax and other statutory obligations/payments • Collaborate extensively with external payroll vendors, internal project teams or regional/global payroll teams • Responsible for all aspects of payroll processing ensuring transactions are in compliance with internal and external payroll and time & labor laws, policies and practices • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of pay calculation rules not limited to new hires, termination, time processing, and payroll adjustment for assigned market and general understanding of local laws governing payroll processing • Audit, and maintain payroll & timekeeping records in compliance with established standards • Assist HR Business Partners in advising supervisors regarding local and global policies • Review and respond to emails into the shared mailbox ensuring the relevant helpdesk is used for all Workday, benefits and payroll inquiries • Support on internal and external audits • Provide coverage for other EMEA markets during time off as and when required • Check and review Workday information for benefits administrators to ensure information is updated as required for access to local benefits • Ensure all invoices are processed, submitted and paid in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced verbal and written German and English skills • 1 year of experience in HR/Payroll area • Exceptional problem solving skills with passion for data integrity, process definition, and continuous learning • Strong analytical skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook • Comfortable with a high-paced environment with competing priorities • Thirst for growth and ability to drive process improvements using technology • Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
